• All Service Fees Are Final: Once payment is made for our auto brokerage services, it is strictly non-refundable.

• No Refunds on Deposits: Any deposit or retainer paid to secure our services or initiate a vehicle search is non-refundable.

• Vehicle Transaction Payments: Any funds paid toward the purchase, sale, or trade of a vehicle through our brokerage are not eligible for refunds.

• No Exceptions: We do not make exceptions to this policy for change of mind, dissatisfaction with vehicle selection, or if you find a vehicle through another source.
